Our processes include forging, die casting, lost wax casting, sand casting, CNC machining, polishing and plating.
We are good at the materials brass and copper, aluminum and casting iron.
We can make for machinery parts,electrical and eletronic instrument equipments,valve bodies,pumb seat and housing,motor housing and end cover,door and window hardware,furniture metal parts,construction and decoration metal parts,lighting lamp brass parts,brass lock parts and so on.
We can arrange production according to customer's drawings or samples.
OEM and ODM is welcome.
Process: Forging or Casting (Inculding Lost Wax Casting, Sand Casting, Die Casting), Stamping, CNC machining, Polishing, Plating or as request.
Part weight range: 10g - 25kg / piece.
Material: Brass such as C3600, CW318 and etc.
Finish: Polishing, Plating, Spray lacquer or powder coating or As required.
